Hi, I’m Jamesalina (James)

Part Clinician, Part Coach, entirely committed to your growth.

Whether you’re navigating career doubts, life transitions, or the pursuit of wellness, I tailor therapy and coaching with empathy, experience, and a dash of mom-power. I completed my B.S. at Tulane and my Master’s degree in Social Work at Southern University at New Orleans, with focused training in both individual therapy and group facilitation. My clinical interests lie in helping people clarify their life’s direction, navigate career pivots, and strengthen self-esteem. I’m particularly passionate about coaching that blends mental health support with personal goal-setting because our professional and personal lives are deeply connected.

I provide telehealth sessions. I’m licensed in Texas, Louisiana, Virginia, Ohio, and soon Illinois.
